{George Murphy CV}
Detailed world-building transcends conventional forms of media, with ‘the world’ as the medium unto itself. This idea has existed as the centrepiece of my creative ideology throughout my work, creating worlds in which anything from brands to large-scale retailers to art galleries can connect with audiences in profound and progressive ways. As increasingly the lines between IRL & URL become less clear it is now more than ever that world-building can allow us to re-connect not only with each other but to build connections that can transfigure a user's perception of the vehicle it is interacting with.
With a depth of experience in Art direction for renowned brands such as Selfridges, Heron Preston, and Citizen-M, I've also ventured into freelance creative direction, collaborating on innovative projects with Boomtown, Alan Mcgee, hyper-pop artist Sebii, and venues like Notting Hill Arts Club and Soho galleries. My creative journey spans diverse realms, weaving full 360 production, content creation, music videos, sensory experiences, and graphics into a unique approach to world-building.
The unique lens of understanding I have curated has empowered me to curate immersive moments that etch themselves into the fabric of memory.

K-FABE
K-FABE brings fiction into actuality. Through a comprehensive approach to worldbuilding across brand collaborations and portfolio projects, K-FABE constructs novel convictions, cultures, and ontologies. Detailed worldbuilding transcends conventional forms of media, with ‘the world’ as the medium unto itself; K-FABE takes stories from conceptualisation to realisation by seeding ideas across time and space, across the natural and digital, and through the feasible and the paradoxical, such that the fictional comes to inhabit the real. K-Fabe allows me to partner with an array of collaborators such as Dilara Findikoglu & Marie Lueder, through this I consistently achieved KPIs & Deliverables by bringing innovative ideas to life.

GR1N
GR1N is an art collective producing immersive experiences and alternate realities through the mediums of performance, online mysticism, and rave. A dense web of fiction is woven throughout our online presence, interventions, performances and large-scale installations up until and on the night of our events, “exploring the relationship between technology and the spiritual” (DAZED). “If you enter a nefarious space and see a group of 20-year-old somethings dressed in masks and performing ritualistic activities to the sound of earsplitting gabber, you’ve probably wandered into a GR1N party” (032C). Curating and directing sold-out shows with 1500+ attendees, GR1N allows me to bring research-based ideas into new event-based landscapes, connecting with new audiences in profound ways, whilst growing our social media, connecting with over 40000 accounts on Instagram in 2024.
